[1] HOW WILL MY CARICATURE BE SENT?
I send the caricature with 1st class Royal Mail postage in a tube along with any original photos if they were posted rather than e-mailed. It can
be sent recorded delivery at additional cost

[2] HOW LONG WILL MY CARICATURE TAKE TO ARRIVE?
It usually takes around 4-5 working days to get the piece drawn and ready once I have the photos and order. At peak times, Christmas especially,
my workload increases so let me know as soon as possible for what date the piece of art is required

[3] CAN I HAVE AN ELECTRONIC VERSION OF MY CARICATURE?
If you need an A4 scan of your caricature, I can provide that free of charge [beyond the order price] once the piece is complete

[4] HOW DO I PAY?
At the moment I take payment either by postal order or cheque, although I’m looking into getting a Paypal method sorted in the forthcoming months

[5] WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE CARICATURE?
I am confident that you’ll be most happy with your art and to date I have never had any problems with the pieces sent out, however in the highly
unlikely event of you not being satisfied I will re-draw the piece to your approval

[6] CAN YOU GET THE CARICATURE FRAMED ON MY BEHALF?
Yes I most certainly can and I can get this easily costed for you before you place your order. I have however had problems in the past with frames
and glass being damaged in transit so you may want to consider framing your piece once you have it.

[7] CAN I CALL YOU TO DISCUSS MY ORDER?
Yes of course, I’m more than happy to speak to you at any point in the process. If you get my answer phone please leave a message, name and
number BUT PLEASE REMEMBER if the caricature is a surprise gift – you may need to let me know when to, or more importantly when NOT to call
you back, for fear of blowing the surprise!

[8] IS THE CARICATURE AN ORIGINAL PIECE OF ART?
Yes, every single caricature I send out is hand drawn by me and is a totally original and unique piece of art especially to you.
